A yummy Pinakbet recipe for any occasion.

Pinakbet Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup pork
6 eggplants
6 tomatoes
4 ampalaya, regular sized
2 pieces garlic
3 tablespoons bagoong
1 onion

Pinakbet Recipe Directions:
Slice eggplants and ampalaya into four parts.
Slice tomatoes.
Cut the pork into small pieces.
Saute garlic, onion, tomatoes, pork ang bagoong in a frying pan.
When half done add eggplant and ampalaya.
Add 1 cup of water.
Season to taste.
Simmer until cooked.
Serve.
