Lohikeitto Resepti Ingredients:
200 g salmon
300 g new potatoes
2 onions
4 dl (cups) water
4 dl (cups) milk
2 dl (cups) cream
Salt
Pepper
Dill
Butter

Lohikeitto Resepti Directions:
Clean the fish, dice the potatoes and onion. Fry onions in butter, add potatoes and spices. Add water so that potatoes are covered in it. When potatoes are almost cooked add salmon, dill and butter. To finish put in milk and cream. Wait until the soup boils and garnish with more dill.
