Kaldereta Recipe Ingredients:
1 kilogram goat meat
1 cup salad oil
1 cup sweet peas
1/2 cup ham, chopped
6 potatoes, quartered
6 tomatoes, sliced
1 onion
garlic minced
paprika
salt
pepper
liver spread
pimientos morrones, sliced
eggs, sliced
meat stock

Kaldereta Recipe Directions:
Heat fat, saut garlic.
Remove garlic and saute onion and tomatoes.
Add meat and seasonings.
Transfer mixture into deep pan, when partly cooked.
Add meat stock.
Cook until meat is tender.
Add potatoes, continue cooking.
When meat and vegetables are tender, add liver spread to thicken the gravy.
Add peas, pimientos and ham.
Garnish with eggs and chopped ham.
Serve.
