Paneer cooked in a kadhai infused with traditional Indian flavours and spices

Kadhai Paneer Recipe Ingredients:
200 gms of paneer
1 green bell pepper / capsicum
1 onion
2 tomatoes
1 table spoon refined oil
3/4th Tablespoon Cumin seeds,
3/4th Tablespoon coriander powder
3/4th Tablespoon turmeric powder
3/4th Tablespoon raw mango / aamchur powder
salt & red chilli to taste

Kadhai Paneer Recipe Directions:
Cut onions, tomatoes, green pepper and paneer into small pieces and collect them in different bowls.
Add refined oil in kadhai - deep bottom sauce-pan.
Add cumin seeds and turmeric powder in the oil and cook for few minutes till the cumin seeds turn into dark brown colour.
Then add onions into it and fry till they turn into dark pink colour.
Then add coriander powder, raw mango powder, salt and red chilli into it.
After 2-3 minutes, add tomatoes into it and cook for 5-7 minutes
Then add green bell pepper into it and cook it. Cover the pan for few minutes and then cook it without cover. You need to mix the ingredients from time to time.
After the green pepper is cooked, add paneer into it and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with roti's or Naan
