Halabos na Hipon Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 kilogram large shrimps
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon salt
oil
Dipping
1/2 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon salt

Halabos na Hipon Recipe Directions:
Combine shrimps, salt and water in a saucepan.
Cover and allow to boil.
Stir occacionally while cooking for 3-4 minutes.
Drain and stir aside.
Put oil in skillet over medium heat.
Saut shrimps for 2 minutes until coated with oil.
Serve with dipping.
