Cauliflower Manchurian Recipe

Cauliflower Manchurian Recipe Ingredients:
1 medium Cauliflower
3/4 cup all purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon Corn Flour
Salt to taste
1 Chopped green chili
1 green bell pepper, sliced to long pieces
11/2 Tablespoon Garlic Paste
11/2 Tablespoon Ginger Paste
1 cup finely Chopped Onions
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
1/4th Teaspoon MSG
2 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
2 Tablespoon vinegar
2 Tablespoon Oil
Salt

Cauliflower Manchurian Recipe Directions:
Make a thick paste of all purpose flour, corn-flour and salt using water. Add a teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste to this paste.
Dip cauliflower florets in the paste and deep fry till golden brown. Keep aside.
In a skillet, heat oil and add the remaining ginger & garlic paste, chopped onions, bell pepper and green chili to it. Now, add MSG, soya sauce and vinegar. Cook for a few minutes till the smell of raw garlic disappears.
Add fried cauliflower florets and mix well. To thicken the gravy, mix 1 teaspoon cornflour with 3 tablespoons of water and add this mixture to he gravy. Bring to boil. Garnish it with cilantro / coriander leaves.
Serve the manchurian hot with Fried Rice.
