1 Clove Garlic sliced
1 Large Scallion chopped
1 Large Tomato chopped
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Pound Bluefish
2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
1 Tablespoon Sugar
Salt And Pepper to taste

Ca Chien Sot Ca Recipe Directions:
Heat oil over high flame, add fish.
Fry fish until well browned, remove and set aside.
Remove all oil but 2 teaspoons.
Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, boil 1 minutes, pour over fish and serve with rice.
