A delicious Bistek recipe for friends and family.

Bistek Recipe Ingredients:
1 kilo beef
2 onions, sliced to rings
4 tablespoon calamansi
1 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
bayleaf
|
|
|
Bistek Recipe Directions:
Cut beef across the grain to 2 inch portions.
Put water, soy sauce and bayleaf in a pan. Cook beef in this mixture over medium heat.
Pour calamansi when the meat is slightly tender. Add onion rings before removing from heat. Serve.
