Bicol Recipe
|
A yummy Bicol recipe for any occasion.

Bicol Recipe Ingredients:
1/4 kilogram pork, diced
4 cups chili pepper, sliced, seedless
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 cups alamang
2 cups thin coconut milk
1 cup thick coconut milk
1 onion, sliced thinly
salt

Bicol Recipe Directions:
Soak chili pepper in water with salt for 45 minutes.
Rinse, drain and set aside.
Combine thin coconut milk, alamang, onion, pork, agrlic and salt in skillet.
Allow to boil, then reduced heat.
Simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add chili pepper.
Cook until some of the sauce has dried up.
Add thick coconut milk.
Cook until it becomes oily.
Serve.
