Adobong Pusit Recipe Ingredients:
1 kilogram squid
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 pack of adobo mix
1/3 cup water
5 cloves garlic, peeled
salt

Adobong Pusit Recipe Directions:
Saute garlic in oyster sauce.
Add squid, 1/3 cup of water.
Remove squid from saucepan as soon as the mixture boils.
Sprinkle adobo mix over squid.
When the sauce in pan thickens, put back squid.
Mix throughly.
