Adobo Chicken Recipe Ingredients:
1 chicken, cut into pieces
2 cups water
1/2 cup vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 bay leaf
10 bataw
2 potatoes, halved
black pepper
fat
salt
hard boiled eggs

Adobo Chicken Recipe Directions:
Add salt, garlic and pepper to chicken.
Add bay leaf, vinegar and water.
Cover and simmer until the chicken is tender.
Add potatoes.
Add bataw when almost cooked.
Serve with eggs.
